Optech 155Mbps SFP can fully supportBIDI/BWDM/Bidirectional application. The bidirectional wavelength divisionmultiplexing (BWDM) interface carries two distinct channels in differentdirections on a single strand of fiber. This provides a 100% improvement infiber utilization since only a single fiber strand is required. You caneffectively double the capacity of your existing fiber infrastructure, fibercosts, installations costs, and maintenance costs all reduce the overall costof ownership. We can now provide BIDI SFP with transmission reach from 2KM up to 120KM.
